Iraqi Research Centers Congratulate Vision Foundation

Both the Kalima Foundation for Dialogue and Development and the Al-Rasheed Center for Development extended their congratulations and best wishes to the Vision Foundation for Strategic Studies on the successful organization of its forum on the issue of the constitution.
In its message, the Kalima Foundation stated: “We extend our sincere congratulations and best wishes on the success of the Vision Forum, which was distinguished by its excellent organization, the richness of its outcomes, and its reflection of a high level of professionalism and sound management.”
Similarly, the Al-Rasheed Center for Development expressed in a message of congratulations its deep appreciation for the role and participation of the Vision Foundation, stating: “This forum represents an important step in deepening the dialogue on implementing constitutional principles and strengthening the concepts of federalism and decentralization in Iraq. It also reflects Vision Foundation’s commitment to serious academic research and its active engagement with various relevant stakeholders, including research centers concerned with political development.”
It is worth noting that the Vision Foundation organized, on Saturday, October 25, 2025, a forum in Sulaymaniyah titled: “Twenty Years After the Adoption of the Constitution: Where Do We Stand on Federalism and Decentralization?”. The forum featured three panel discussions, with the participation of several Iraqi and Kurdistan-region research centers, civil society organizations, academic researchers, experts, as well as government officials and university representatives.
