On Sunday, October 26, 2025, the Vision Foundation for Strategic Studies signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Al-Kalima Foundation for Dialogue and Development.

The memorandum was signed by Mr. Adnan Othman, President of the Vision Foundation, and Mr. Mahdi Khazal, Director of the Al-Kalima Foundation. Under the memorandum, the two parties, as important and influential research centers, will cooperate in implementing joint research, projects, and activities within the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, contributing to supporting dialogue and development and enhancing research work in the country.

This initiative is part of the Vision Foundation's efforts to build partnerships and cooperation with institutions, organizations, and research centers throughout Iraq, in order to enhance the exchange of expertise and knowledge and develop development policies.
