Vision Foundation

Vision Foundation is expanding its work in the environmental field. To this end, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with the Iraqi Center for Climate Change, with the aim of strengthening cooperation on environmental changes, while joint activities between the two institutions in this field will begin.

Sunday, August 30, 2026 Vision Foundation for Strategic Studies and the Iraqi Center for Climate Change (IC3+) signed a Memorandum of Understanding focused on measures to address climate change and environmental risks.

Under the memorandum, a framework will be established to build cooperation and coordination in strategic areas related to climate change, the environment, energy, and the exchange of information in Iraq and different parts of the Middle East.

The cooperation framework between Vision Foundation and the Iraqi Center includes conducting joint research, organizing conferences, workshops and seminars, facilitating exchanges among experts, as well as publishing scientific research, policy papers, reports, and other scientific publications.
