In order to advance research and establish a shared framework for coordination in academic and strategic fields, as well as to empower and involve new talents, Vision Foundation for Strategic Studies and Charmo University formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

At a ceremony held at the Vision Foundation, attended by the Vision Foundation’s board of directors and a delegation from Charmo University, Mr. Adnan Othman, President of the Foundation, and Dr. Halat Rashid, President of Charmo University, signed the MoU.

The purpose of the MoU is to strengthen relations and coordination between the two institutions, especially in joint projects and mutual benefit from each other’s capacities and experiences in various fields.

During the ceremony, both sides emphasized the importance of such agreements between universities and research centers. They also highlighted the significance of Charmo University, which is officially recognized by the Federal Government, and noted that this opportunity can be used to support the Kurdish language in Kirkuk.

Mr. Adnan Othman, President of Vision Foundation for Strategic Studies, stated:
“The signing of this MoU with Charmo University represents a valuable partnership and support for advancing both institutions, particularly in talent development and joint projects. Vision’s work heavily relies on research conducted by university professors and academic professionals.”
