Vision Foundation

Enhancing the human capacities of youth and providing them with job opportunities, developing youth in the field of diplomacy and international relations, and implementing various projects regarding the

environment and climate change; these form the core content of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the Vision Foundation for Strategic Research and the President Jalal Talabani Foundation.

The MoU was signed on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at the President Jalal Talabani Foundation. Both parties aim to develop scientific research and conduct joint projects and activities that serve the public interest and community development. According to the agreement, joint research and collaborative work will be carried out across political, legal, economic, and social fields.

The specific areas of focus include enhancing youth capabilities and creating job opportunities for them, undertaking various projects related to the environment and climate change, and providing opportunities for youth development in diplomacy and international relations.

Within the framework of this understanding, a scientific research project is scheduled to be conducted on the life and struggle of President Jalal Talabani. It will cover all different dimensions, including politics, society, diplomacy, governance, freedom, and human rights, to be utilized as a foundational framework for administration and political work in Kurdistan and Iraq.
