Vision Foundation for Strategic Studies and the Kurdistan Institution for Strategic Studies and Scientific Research. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance joint work in the fields of research and data.
The MoU was signed today, Thursday (16/4/2026), between Adnan Othman, President of Vision Foundation, and Prof. Dr. Shwan Kamal Rashid, President of the Kurdistan Institution. Following this step, both institutions will begin joint work across various fields.
Key areas of cooperation include collecting scientific data to strengthen research, collaborating on environmental protection and addressing climate change, supporting food security, advancing technology and knowledge, and organizing conferences, workshops, and symposiums to tackle societal challenges.
This partnership represents an important step toward building a reliable data and promoting evidence-based policymaking, serving the public interest and contributing to societal development.
