Born in 1983 in the city of Sulaimani.
Completed all levels of education in the same city.
Married and a father of five children.
Authored 12 scientific research papers in fields such as (management, finance, economics, public finance in Iraq, economic development, oil revenues, etc.).
Supervised more than 46 student research projects.
Worked in media, including in newspapers like Alaa Azadi, Zhiyan Nwe, and Aso.
Worked as a news reporter for about 3 years in the Nawa Radio.
Founder and producer of the economic program Diski Abori on Kurdsat News channel.
Also founded and produced the same economic program on Zoom TV.
Currently, he is the Head of the Department of International Trade at the College of Commerce, University of Sulaimani.
